PLEASE NOTE: All of our pieces are made to order in our Brooklyn, NY studio by one hardworking woman, and may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship.
MATERIALS: All of the pieces are made by hand, start to finish, in our Brooklyn, NY studio. They are cast in solid 14k gold or sterling silver. If you are interested in purchasing a piece in a different metal than pictured, please send an email to info@thebenchmarkcollection.com, and we will do my best to accommodate!
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, variations may occur in each individual piece.
All prices are subject to change.
RETURNS: We can accept returns only if the item you receive is incorrect or damaged. You can return that item for a full refund (including shipping) within 10 days of delivery. Please send an email to info@thebenchmarkcollection.com, and we will email you an authorized return slip to include in your package. Your return will be processed within 4 business days of our receipt. **Please note, all international shipping is final sale**
SHIPPING: The default shipping service for all domestic orders is USPS for a $12 flat rate. We insure the items for their full value, and they are sent with delivery confirmation. If you cannot be home to sign for your package, we can send it without a signature required, but are not liable for its loss or damage. Please write a note at checkout.
All orders are insured and accompanied with tracking information, which you will receive in a shipping confirmation email.
All international orders are final sale, with all duties/taxes/fees being the customer's responsibility upon receiving the item.
REPAIRS: We will do repairs on any items within one year of purchase. In most cases, repairs are free, but may require a small fee for additional materials on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs on items for repair are the customer's responsibilities. All repair inquiries may be submitted to info@thebenchmarkcollection.com
