ABOUT

I was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee by a Palestinian mother and an Indian father, and moved to NYC in 2009 to pursue a degree and career in jewelry design and metalwork. In early 2018, after years of working in fine jewelry retail and high-production benchwork, I decided to trust my gut and work for myself. Since then I’ve been running and growing The Benchmark Collection full-time. Each piece is made to order, and increasingly customizable as my skills (gradually:) progress. I create each piece, pack and ship it with my own two hands, and and communicate with my customers personally. The Benchmark Collection HQ is now on unceded Lenni Lenape land in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
